The sales process is seen by many as a particularly stressful time. Well it needn’t be. The most difficult aspect of it all is that there are no absolute decisions that can be made immediately other than one, do I want to move! If the answer is yes, then you move onto the next absolute decision, putting your property up for sale.
Newgate Residential then take care of all aspects of the journey from the first visit to value your home all the way to completion, keeping you informed by telephone, letter, email and sometimes even text message. If all of that fails you even have a log in to our computer system to see some important data such as viewing times and viewer feedback.
Our marketing will be second to none, with attractive details and photography, websites and superb office displays. This will generate viewings which in turn will lead to offers. Then comes your next decision. Accepting an offer.
When that is done we really have to put some hard work into making sure that your sale gets through to completion. We do a lot of work here and this is a genuine test of the knowledge and desire of your agent. Your Solicitor will prepare all of the documentation and deal with enquiries from your buyers Solicitor and we will liaise with them to assist in obtaining any reports or information they require. We will then keep in touch with you to keep you fully informed.
And then you move home. Sounds like there’s alot to do, doesn’t there. Well there isn’t. All you need to do is call us and we’ll take it from there.
